The alarm rings, I got aware that in coming few minutes I have to wake up, around 10 Minutes later the “Final alarm” rings at 5:10 am.I woke up from the bed , switched off the alarm , I could see a slight temptation to go back to the bed but I did not went to bed rather, I went to My parents Room. I am sitting , a small talk with “My Father” and then
I am brushing My Teeth
I drink a glass of water and then I am having tea
I went to workplace and then returned home > Finally I went to workplace around 7:00am
At workplace (7 to 10:15 am)
I am passing time in some personal activity
around 9:00am , I am sitting on “sitting arrangement” and I opened “My Life Diary”
- I write down the works for Today “This helps me to internally get aligned for the day“
- I do a small analysis on previous day Life – “This helps me to improve Myself based on Previous Life“
- I create a vision for “My Future Life” – “This helps in having a clear vision of “My Desired Future Life” and also enables “Attraction” and “Manifestation”
9:30 to 10:00 am – I am reading “Newspaper” ,
“In 30 minutes , I am not able to read the significant portion of daily News, So I will be increasing the Newspaper reading Time to 45 minutes“
10:00 to 10:15 am – I am doing some light exercises,
“I noticed that in the middle of doing exercise I get engaged with “some analysis” in My Head and this hampers the quality of exercise”
I left for home.
at Home (10:20 to 11:40 am)
Bath > Dressed > Went to Worship room and doing some Worship Rituals with devotion , I did not pray for anything I just stayed in a state of Surrender for some time >
Eating Breakfast >
left for Workplace
At Workplace (11:45 am to 3:00 pm)
I reached Workplace, I lay on the bed , I went into sleep “I have no intention to Sleep , I want to do awesome Work in Work time”
I woke up around 12:30 pm > I am finding it hard to stay awake and I feel some sort of Pulling Me into sleep > I woke up around 1:00pm
Made a coffee > havin Coffee
1:15 to 1:50 pm – listening to the song “Worldwide choppers” repeatedly on Earphones and also trying to cover this song.
Once again I lied on the bed , Mentally i am building My Mental physical state and once again unknowingly and unwillingly, I went to sleep, I woke up around 2:40pm , I am listening to song “Worldwide Choppers” on earphones to get rid of the Mental Grip.
I left for home
AT home (3:00 to 4:00 pm)
eating Lunch > resting on bed
I left for Workplace
at Workplace (4:00 to 6:30 pm)
I am having Coffee and internally building Myself
I am sitting on “Sitting arrangement” and working to Implement required changes into this website.
I left for home
At Home
6:30 to 7:30 – I am doing some MISC work and I am eating some evening snacks and having tea
7:35 to 9:20 – I am teaching tuition to a student of class VIII
9:20 to 10:15 – I am eating dinner and Watching TV.
10:15 to 11:15 – I am doing “Whatsapp” and “Instagram” on Phone
I went to Toilet , Washed the bottom of My Legs, Cleaned My Face and teeth with plain water.
I arranged the bed for sleep > Sleeping
