1) Breathing exercise (inhaling from one nostril and exhaling from other nostril and vice versa)

2) Keeping My attention inside My Body and feeling My physical Body > Keeping the eye gaze constant and breathing Slowly and superficially

Reading newspaper (30 mins)

Bath > Dressed

Sitting Comfortably and Writing My Life Diary

eating Lunch > Sleeping (40 mins)

Listening Music > When I hear Myself singing the song “Worldwide Choppers”I realize that to be able to sing Songs and Make Music, I will have to improve My skill to a great extent.

dinner >Watching RAMAYAN on Television ( RAMAYAN is already saved on usb Device in My parents television)  I watch the episodes of RAMAYAN in Free Time

Went to bed > “Whatsapp +Instagram  + Facebook” on Phone
