A general Daily Life Timetable of “Master – Aniket Prakash”

My “Monday to Saturday”  Timetable – 

Home
4:50 am – Alarm Rings (this alarm is just to make me aware that “in 10 minutes I have to wake up” So as I listen to this alarm I try to wake up internally)
5:00 am – Final alarm Rings, I wake up “I make sure that after switching off the alarm I don’t return to bed”
5:00 to 5:55 am – I brush My teeth > Drink a glass of Water > Toilet > I pack my bag > take drinking water in bottles and hot water in Flask 
5:55 am – I leave for Workplace
WORKPLACE-
6:00 to 6:30 am – I make a small cup of Coffee > I listen to some music and just try to internally ready for the day
6:30 to 7:00 am – I Open “My Life Diary” and do the below Activities –

My Life Diary

7:00 to 8:45 am – I BLESS the MEMBERS, Engage with “Members Community” and “Spiritual Member Group”
8:45 to 9:00 am – I take a break. I prepare a Mug/Glass of any one “Drink”(“Hot Chocolate Drink” or “Hot Bournvita Drink” or “Hot Horlicks Drink” or “Glucose Drink” or any other)
9:00 to 9:30 am – I enjoy My Drink along with Reading Newspaper.
9:30 to 10:00 am – I Do either Exercise or Yoga

10:00 to 10:15 am  – I arrange the things in Workplace > Clean the Cups, Mugs, Glasses  > Sweep the Floor of  Workplace
10:15 am  – I leave for Home 
Home 
10:20 to 11:25 am – Bath > Worship > Breakfast > Watch News on TV Channels
11:25 am – I leave for Workplace
WORKPLACE –
11:30 am to 12:00 pm – I Listen to Music on Speaker or earphone and also work on My Singing Skills. 
12:00 to 3:00 pm – I do various Online Work and activities for Money.
3:00 pm – I leave for Home
Home – 
3:00 to 3:55 pm – I eat Lunch >  watch NEWS on TV Channels.
3:55 pm – I Leave for Workplace
WORKPLACE – 
4:00 to 6:00 pm – I work on activities related to “My True Master”
6:00 to 6:30 pm – I take a break, have a cup of coffee along with some evening snacks. 
7:00 to 9:00 pm – either, I work on activities related to “My True Master” Or I am Outdoor.
9:00 pm – I Leave for Home
9:15 to 10:00 pm – I Eat Dinner and Watch NEWS on TV.
10:00 to 11:00 pm – I spent time on ONLINE Activity (mytruemaster.com, Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, etc) on My Smartphone.
11:00 to 11:15 pm – I drink a glass of milk > I prepare the Bed for sleep > I go to the toilet, wash the bottom portion of My Legs, Clean My face and Teeth with Plain Water > I Drink Some Water > Set/Check the Morning Alarm
11:15 pm – Sleep

Sunday Timetable –

Sunday is a Holiday, I do only the required Daily Life activities
Apart from the required Daily Life activities
  • I make sure to spend 1 to 2 hrs on Required or general analysis on All possible aspects of “My Life”
  • I arrange the Workplace and Wipe the floor of the Workplace.
  • I try to watch a Full Movie either on TV or Theater.
  • Interaction with family, friends, relatives
  • Relaxation
  • other MISC activities
More or Less, I Follow “My Daily Life Timetable”. I consider the above timetable as My Baseline.
In Normal Conditions, I try to be on the Baseline and Keep enjoying and improving in All aspects of My life.
The above timetable is perfect for Me but is not perfect for All. But Yes, If You want..You can choose to use Some aspects of “My Daily Life Timetable” into Your Life.
